Key Works and Procedures
- Disassembly and Inspection: All components were completely disassembled, cleaned, and measured for reusability, strictly following the TC specifications listed in SENR1448-11.
- Reassembly: Reassembly was carried out following the TC assembly procedures detailed in RENR2534-14.
- New Components: The rebuild included new parts purchased from Westrac inclusive of bearing and gasket kits.
- Transmission and Torque Converter Pump: All bushes, keys, and seals were replaced. The gears, housings, and shafts were found to be in great condition, and the pump spun smoothly after assembly.,
